Vendor setup is from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at 3606 E. Forest Ave. Detroit, MI 48207. No check-out after 12:00 p.m. Although this is a big event, we aim for quality over quantity, so please manage yourself and your staff accordingly so that we are all ready to launch on time for our buyers.

Early bird deposits of $50 will reserve your vendor space, with the balance due by Sunday, June 11th. If you sign up as a seller on or after 6/11/23, the full fee will be paid immediately, along with your logo. Any refunds paid will only be given if the event is canceled indefinitely by the host. No exception. Potential transfers are conditional. If you are unable to attend, you must notify the host immediately. No calls, no messages will be forwarded.

After receiving your payment, you can be added to a private Facebook group just for sellers. Do not invite people to our seller group. Registered vendors will be invited by the host and no one else will be allowed to join. Depending on the venue, alcohol should be in closed containers. Both CBD and THC are allowed but cannot be used on the premises (no smoking indoors). For MLM companies (Paparazzi, Color Street, Mary Kay, etc.), only one salesperson will be accepted per business. One business per table (if you have more than one business, you can market both of your businesses, but in one seller’s space, until the other seller’s space is purchased). Two different owners of different businesses need two individual spaces. Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will have access to running water. Electrical outlets are available on a first-hour basis. All speakers must be outside the house. Frying is not allowed inside the event hall. If you cook outside, make sure you have your own power source. If it is too cold outside to cook, please cook at your food truck/trailer or before the event and use your heater at the event.
Many forms of advertising are done on your behalf as part of your package, however, a successful day is a responsibility that we all shoulder jointly by spreading the word. Promote, promote, propagate. Ads really work, so your followers will remember your posts and stories, even your profile picture. Share the flyer often and on all your social media platforms.
